Wandering the Inside Passage to Alaska is a narrated slide show with music in the background.  The show is an account of a cruise Wanderer made this summer. 

It is 41 minutes long. 

In order to view the show, you must download it to your hard drive.  It is a 138 meg executable file.  With an internet cable connection, it took me 4 and 1/2 minutes to down load the file.  A dial-up will take much longer.

Click on each of the links below and you will have the opportunity to run or save each of the two files.  I suggest that you save them.  The first link is to a very short Word document with directions.  Those directions are repeated below.  The second link is the show.

Wandering the Inside Passage to Alaska is a narrated slide show with music in the background.  The show is an account of a cruise Wanderer made this summer. 

It is 41 minutes long. 

1. Find the file, Inside Passage 061030.exe, on your hard drive.
2. Double-click on the file name.  The show will begin. However, a few housekeeping chores will make for an uninterrupted showing.
3. Enable your speakers and adjust the volume
4. Set your screen saver so that it does not kick in for at least one hour
5. If on a laptop, set power management so that it does not go into sleep mode for at least one hour.
6. Screen resolution is best at 1024x768
7. Touch Space Bar to pause and to resume.
8. Touch ESC key to terminate.  Once terminated, you must start from the beginning.
